PIONEER PROPERTY SOLUTIONS, LLC WAS ESTABLISHED IN 2009
as a residential & commercial property maintenance & repair company serving the Flathead Valley. We pioneered a successful business during challenging economic times while continuing to flip real estate on the side. In 2018 we switched gears & started to
BUILD NEW CONSTRUCTION FROM THE GROUND UP.
After many years of fixing issues due to poor construction and dysfunctional design, we are able to apply our expertise & valuable resources in each new project through

We start by DISCUSSING YOUR VISION, PRELIMINARY BUDGET & INITIAL DESIGN REQUIREMENTS. We help you design your dream floor plan to fit your property & way of life, or use a design that you already have. Then we finalize the specifications, provide an estimate, determine construction financing & begin the permitting process in order to COMPLETE THE PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE.
There are a lot of decisions & details to address when building a custom home & we believe the home building process is yours just as much as it is ours. WE ARE INVOLVED EVERY STEP OF THE WAY - FROM THE FIRST SHOVEL OF DIRT TO THE LAST DROP OF PAINT!
